About Project

Modernization of 9 stories, multi-housing building of approximately 117,360 square feet. Majority of work included replacement of central HVAC system, water and sewer service, as well as electrical service and distribution panels. Doors and windows were replaced to increase building performance and plumbing fixtures were upgraded to meet water conservation targets.  Guardrails, handrails, door openings, and hardware received ADA compliance upgrades.  Miscellaneous interior work involved replacement of acoustical ceilings, office reconfiguration, patch and repairs as needed in apartment units, and repainting of all spaces.
